Camping – There are several nice campgrounds in the area developed by Idaho Power, including McCormick Park and Woodhead Park near the Brownlee Dam, and Copperfield Park just south of Oxbow Dam. There are also two vault restrooms. There is limited access in this general area. Very nice campground. Description Located near the town of Oxbow, Oregon, on Hells Canyon Road and Oregon Highway 86. It is situated at the top end of Oxbow Reservoir with Wild Horse Creek dividing the boat ramp/overflow area from the main park. Reservations are strongly encouraged to ensure you will have a spot when you arrive. Campsites are tiered and spaced well enough apart to be comfortable.
Only one camping unit (maximum eight persons) per designated campsite is permitted.There is a 14-day stay limit for all parks.Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival date for a refund of campsite/picnic shelter fees.
