I initially thought the AMD 3400G could run the DisplayPort without a video card, but on this board the 3400G only outputs via HDMI.
I'm looking at he same combo (5K + X570).Turns out the choppy audio is only for my USB attached soundblaster. Thanks to all the developers that have made this happen.
I went through the guide and really only generated a new SSDT-EC.aml, but nothing else applied since an embedded controller didn't show up in the DSDT.I actually didn't create any SSDTs because I didn't have a mac to compile them. I stare at a screen all day for my job, and this 5K panel is the first one where my eyes don't feel tired or strained at the end of the day. That and the fact that the monitor camera and sound don't work lead me to believe I don't have Thunderbolt setup correctly.Sorry, I'm not Hackintoshing any more.ASRock Creator Delivers Thunderbolt 3 for X570 Video Card: XFX - RS AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB. I just used iGPUs, but I deleted the radeon gfx ssdt from the config.plist.
